2027 3B/RHP Jacob Della Rosa put together the best two-way performance at the Aurora King Jays Scout Day as he posted the second-best fastball velocity at 78.8mph and the fourth-best exit velocity at 82.1mph. At the dish, it’s a quiet, controlled swing from the left-side and he put together a good round with consistent barrels and a 75% Sweet Spot % (tied for best). Della Rossa also flashed upside on the mound, working with a three-pitch mix. Overall, there’s plenty to work with here and his game will only continue trending upwards as he begins to mature and fill out.
