The future looks bright for the 2027 INF/OF out of the Rangers system. Harrison is an uber athletic kid that garnered attention from our staff during our event. The 5-foot-10, 162-pound frame showed strong feel for the barrel from the right-side during his rounds that went on to generate a sweet spot % of 71.4, a maximum exit velocity of 98.9 mph, and a peak distance of 349 feet. He definitely has juice in those hands and the tools should only continue to improve as the body matures. A top prospect in the ‘27 class that will look to further the momentum as we approach season play in the coming months.

2027 OF/C Jehmar Harrison was a standout on both sides of the ball and continues to solidify himself as one of the more advanced players in his class. The athletic 5-foot-10, 158-pound right-handed hitter utilizes a narrow set-up and a quick toe-tap to help his timing. Harrison generated a peak exit velocity of 95.1mph (87.6mph average), which is the highest we’ve seen from him at any of our events. He also showed the ability to consistently lift the ball, achieving a sweet spot % of 71.4%. On the defensive side of the ball, we got our first look at Jehmar behind the dish where he’s just beginning to learn the position. The young OF/C is a 2027 bat to keep tabs on as he continues to mature and improve his game.

Jehmar Harrison is a name to watch going forward in Ontario. The young outfielder produced some of the best exit velocities of the day, topping at 88.9mph and was consistently in the low-mid 80’s with loft, spraying baseballs all over the left side of the field for deep fly balls. Rotational hitter that coils well out of a narrow, open setup and utilizes a toe tap. Impressive stroke for his age with plenty of room still to grow at 5-foot-10, 158lb. Advanced overall game from the Etobicoke Ranger that should continue to trend up.
