4.2.17 - 2019 right-handed arm at 6-foot, 175-pounds and long lower half. Works from high arm slot with under control delivery that is balanced at the top. Slight turn at balance point, fastball was around the zone in low 70's. Curveball had 10/4 shape and was best when he was able to get outfront and work down in zone while Toms also through a changeup with good differential in mph from his fastball.
