5-foot-11, 160 pounds, Thompson was showed off a quick bat and consistent contact, spraying the ball all over the field. His exit velo was in the area of 81 mph. Moves well to the ball, with some good range, making quality throws topping out at 75 mph. He has athletic ability that, with some added experience and time in the gym, will allow for a lot more improvement. An excellent opportunity for college coaches to look at a well-rounded player with upside.
