Arkell is a 6-foot-1, 175-pound frame out of the Tigers’ system that put together a productive day at our event. The composition is athletic and packs upside in the years ahead. Exhibits feel for the stick from the left-side that lived on the barrel generating a peak exit velocity of 93.7 mph, and an average exit velocity of 89.1mph. The metrics should tick up as he fills out in the coming years.
