2026 SS/RHP Nolan Hobbins had a good two-way performance at the event and has trended upwards in all areas of his game since we last saw him in the summer of 2023. Smaller stature/frame right now at 5-foot-10, 155-pounds and the left-handed hitting shortstop out of the Watson Elite program was working middle-to-pull throughout his round with the ability to lift the ball to the middle part of the field. Hobbins generated a peak exit velocity of 87.5mph and peak distance of 276ft. On the infield, Hobbins was up to 82mph and the arm strength carried over to the mound where he sat 79-80mph. Overall, interesting prospect with development and gains to come.
