Uncommitted ‘25 OF Quinn Carson has really jumped onto the scene over the past year and continues to create big time moments and big time events. After blasting a home run off the scoreboard last month at the Future Games, he followed it up at the Canada Cup with a grand slam in the late innings to give Ontario breathing room against Saskatchewan. It wasn’t just the power this time around as he was tied for the team lead with eight hits and half of them went for extra-bases. Continues to be one of the bigger power-threats at the dish everywhere he goes.
2025 OF Quinn Carson possesses some of the loudest tools on the Canadian squad and there’s lots to like in the frame 6-foot-3, 195-pounds. The Fieldhouse Pirates product impressed on Showcase Day with a 6.83 60-yard and was up to 88mph from the outfield. Right-handed hitter who’s rhythmic in his setup and works to the pullside, generating a peak exit velocity of 96mph with a Hard Hit % of 58 (batted balls above 90mph). Carson came through with the biggest hit of the week for the Canadian team with a no-doubt two-run blast off the scoreboard in LCF. His ability to defend in the outfield at a high-level and his offensive impact/potential make him one of the more intriguing 2025 players across the country at his position.
2025 OF Quinn Carson continues to standout with some of the louder tools in Ontario’s 2025 class. Present strength with a physical frame at 6-foot-3, 195-pounds and continues to put together some of the more mature rounds of BP our staff has seen this winter/spring. His 98.2mph exit velocity at the Youth Team Tryouts was two ticks higher than the next best. The right-handed hitter worked the middle of the field throughout his round with a peak distance of 331ft. Arm strength in the outfield as he was up to 89mph from the outfield at the Future Games Trials and that number continues to trend upwards. Uncommitted 2025 out of the Fieldhouse program who’s primed to make some noise this summer.
2025 OF Quinn Carson was one of the more physical players at the event at 6-foot-3, 195-pounds and had some of the louder tools in the outfield and at the dish. Over half his batted balls came off the bat at 90+ mph and his peak exit velocity (98.4mph) and peak distance (348ft.) were both tops at the event. Right-handed hitter stands out with his bat speed and strength. Was up to 89mph from the outfield and it will be interesting to see him in-game this summer and how he handles the outfield position. Also ran the 10th-best 30-yard time at 3.93.
