4.2.17 - Waugh, a 2019 grad with good rhythm and movements on the mound. Gets up and down well, working across his body that adds deception but also can change his release point. The arm works and believe there is more to come on his heater that was in mid 70's with arm side run. Curveball would get on the side and underneath at times, did have right spin, ability to get out and pound more in zone, down and in to righties will help with feel and location. Upside as he develops and continues to grow, like the delivery and feel, some minor adjustments to make for Waugh but has the ability and actions to do so.
