Fleming, a 5-foot-10, 160-pound two-way player from the Team Ontario Astros system was in attendance at a couple different events throughout the 2025 season and showed progression over the year, especially on the mound. During his fall bullpen at Team O Scout Day, Fleming posted a 77.2 mph max fastball velocity with -15.0 horizontal movement, while mixing in a tighter breaking-ball at 65-67 mph and rounding off his repertoire with a 71-75 mph changeup. Look for Fleming to continue to add velocity and the stuff to trend upwards as he matures physically and mechanically.
