2027 RHP Nathan Cruise is a young arm out of the Oshawa Legionnaires program and flashed potential on the mound as he continues to grow and develop. Smaller stature at 5-foot-8, 151-pounds but it’s a quick arm that saw his fastball sit 76-78 T79 and creates some good vertical numbers on the pitch with 19.1” IVB to 5.4” HM. The secondary stuff included a curveball at 68-69mph and changeup at 75-76mph. An underclass name to know in the Oshawa Legionnaires program and will be interesting to get a look this summer at how it plays in-game.
