2027 Ryan Bechard is a young 16-year-old left-hander in the Ontario Blue Jays program and featured a four-pitch mix during his bullpen on Saturday. Lean, wiry frame at 5-foot-11, 160-pounds with strength on the way. Bechard’s fastball sat in the 79mph range, while topping out at 80mph and it’s easy to see more on the way as he continues to gain strength. Bechard also featured a curveball at 66-69mph, slider at 68-70mph and changeup at 72-74mph. Left-hander with a quick arm and gains to come.
