Delivery: Goes from a semi wind up with an open front foot and weight even on both feet with both feet shifted to the first base side of the rubber, and hands set at the chin. The windup shifts the feet to better center on the rubber before front leg lifts with hands before breaking down the mound into the stride causing weight to shift down the mound, landing with bend in the knee. Hips coil slightly as leg lifts before uncoiling when front foot lands finishing with a trail leg and momentum carrying to first base side.
