Physical: Stocky, athletic 6-foot, 160-pound frame with some physicality present in the movements. 7.06 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Wide, even stance with hands starting high at the shoulder in the setup while utilizing a repeatable lift-and-replace stride showcasing stretch as the timing mechanism coupled with a barrel tilt for the load. The swing is fluid and whippy through contact on slightly uphill plane creating lift towards a high finish. Worked the left centerfield gap primarily with hard barrels to the pull-side and can plug the RCF gap when pitched away. Hit into a stiff front side showcasing feel for the hands through the hitting window. Displayed some adjustability in the lower half allowing for an 89 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: Demonstrated adequate footwork in the middle with a 4.20 second pace during defensive evaluations. A soft glove hand worked out in front with a low center of gravity while demonstrating fluid movements at shortstop. Has no issues going to the gloveside where he features above average range. Can make the play on the run from multiple arm angles, SS - 77 mph.
Pitching: RHP - Utilized a compact delivery with a slight hip coil at the top of the stack. Smooth high ¾ arm-slot allowed 78-82 mph FB to play in the zone with high level command. Mixed in a tight 68 mph CB showing 11/5 shape and late bite out of the zone; displayed ability to be a strike out pitch moving forward. Countered with a 76-77 mph CH with deception in the arm speed.
6-foot, 157-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a toe-tap stride. Displayed above average rhythm to his swing and hands work well through contact. Registered a bat exit velocity of 86 mph and ran a 6.85 60-yard dash. Showcased active feet and confident glove hand with above average 85 mph arm strength across the diamond. The righty sat 79-84 off the mound from a high 3/4 arm slot with hip coil to his delivery. Showcased command of a curveball with 11/5 rotation at 66-69 and a changeup at near fastball arm speed which sat 75-76.
6-foot, 157-pound right-handed hitter starts from a wide, square stance and utilizes a knee-to-knee stride to initiate his swing. There is some length in the swing but he gets to full extension routinely with above average barrel whip. Registered a bat exit velocity of 83 mph and ran a 6.89 60-yard dash. Showcased active feet while playing through the baseball routinely defensively with solid carry on throws of 84 mph across the diamond. The righty sat 81-83 off the mound out of a high 3/4 arm slot with hip coil to his balanced delivery. Commanded his fastball well while showing both 4 seam and 2 seam offerings. Curveball sat 68-70 with 11/5 rotation and two plane break at times. Changeup is thrown with good sell and some cut action at 75-76. Lanky, well-rounded two-way prospect is a definite follow in this class with room to add strength to his frame.
