Physical: Athletic, lean 5-foot-11, 150lb frame with room to fill out / natural feel for his body in game. 7.02 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, slightly open stance as the hands operated flat on the shoulder to start; utilized a short lift and replace stride to initiate the bat head through a flat/horizontal path into the hitting zone. Pulled the knob at times, slotting with consistency at the ribs and turning the barrel; recorded a 22% line drive rate via Trackman Baseball and 84 mph bat-exit velocity during his batting practice round, flashing a handsy/top of the order type approach in the box. Handled the middle/low pitch well, getting just enough barrel to consistently pepper the middle of the field with hard contact.
Defensively: The primary outfielder demonstrated above-average defensive skills, arriving on time and attacking the baseball with an up-tempo style of play, athleticism shined with good pace through the catch/release (¾, quick/lengthy, accurate; 89 mph). Throws carried well and projects the ability to slot into any outfield position moving forward.
