7/1/15 6-foot-3, 190-pound right-handed pitcher sat 84-86 from a 3//4 arm slot with sinking action on his four-seam fastball and some arm side run to his two-seamer. A quick arm and strong lower half indicate additional velocity is likely. 76 mph curveball has cutter action and Eddy lacked command of the pitch on this day. High follow in this class will need to add a changeup and continue to harness the slider to make next jump. Fastball will get outs at next level currently and should continue to get better.
