8/10/14 Lloyd accomplished what no other player at the event did when he registered a sub-7.0 60-yard dash (6.89). The right-handed hitter went 3-for-6 in game action while swiping two bases. Lloyd has a quiet approach at the plate, starting from a slightly open stance while striding closed. He displayed the ability to stay inside the baseball during batting practice with a bat exit velocity of 83 mph. Lloyd flashed the top defensive actions among middle infield prospects. The uncommitted senior showed a soft glove hand, good feet and the ability to make plays on the move with a 76 mph arm across the diamond.
