Physical: Strong / durable 5-foot-10, 170-pound frame. 7.39 runner in the 60-yard dash displaying feel for his body. Offensively: RHH. Wide, open stance with the hands showing quick wiggle rhythm on the shoulder. Utilized an arm-bar load behind the shoulder coupled with a controlled toe-tap stride in order to initiate the hands through a flat path and into the hitting zone. Showcased quickness in the lower half allowing the hands to match pitch-plane evidenced by an impressive 55% line drive rate during batting practice. Worked through the middle-left center field side of the field with advanced bat to ball skills in the box, hit into a stiff front side with a relatively moderate posture throughout the swing. Recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 88 mph per Trackman Baseball (78 mph average) while flashing some consistency at the plate. Defensively: The primary backstop featured solid receiving abilities with a soft glove hand at the catch point; low crouch while sitting down with the backside. Pop times ranged from 2.28-2.34 with short and directional straight line footwork, average transfers, and an accurate, high ¾ slot on the release from a moderate arm circle. Moved well laterally on either side of the plate while blocking creating recovery ability. C - 74 mph
