Physical: 6-foot-2, 185 pounds; Muscular, long build. 7.4 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; flat bat to start. Extended take back of the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a long swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 87 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while fluid actions to the baseball. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle from a low 3/4 arm slot. OF - 80 MPH.
Pitching: Lubic II uses a center rubber setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a moderate stride length landing inline with the plate. Long arm swing without restrictions, while working through a standard 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 83 MPH, while sitting 81-83 MPH; life through the zone. CB: 68-70 MPH; sweeping lateral action. CH: 72-74 MPH; fading action.
