Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet narrow; upright bat position. Loads straight back with a moderate leg kick for timing. Drifts into contact while showing a limited effort from the legs. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish. More groundballs than line drives and flyballs with a peak exit velocity of 84 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; static during pre-pitch while stays low while receiving. Hands are soft with a clean transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 72 MPH. In the outfield, Hamrick takes a direct route to the ball and fields on his side into a clean transfer to throw from a high 3/4 slot
