Physical: Projectable, green frame at 6-foot-3, 189lbs. 7.75 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Balance, bent-in-the-knees stance, as the hands operated loose by the ear. Utilized a short leg lift stride to initiate the swing through a connected, slightly uphill turn through the hitting zone, controlling the body to multiple zones with fly ball contact. Produced a T94 mph bat-exit velocity at 353 feet, showcasing a future middle of the order role. Handled velocity in-game action as well.
Defensively: The backstop featured a soft glove hand on the receive and a useful catch/throw skill set, driving the backside through at 78 mph from the crouch. Pop times ranged between 2.07-2.15 with accuracy to his arm-side.
Pitching: RHP. Repeated the delivery from a slow-momentum gaining approach down the slope. Longer arm-swing, which worked OTT at 79-82 mph on both corners. Mixed a short, developing 71-73 mph CB with some depth.
Physical: Lean, projectable 6-foot-2, 189lb frame. 7.81 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Quiet rhythm from an even, slightly upright start. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a flat, rotational path towards a shallow two-handed finish. Feel to get the head out and do damage to the pull-side of the field. Recorded an easy T93 mph bat-exit velocity with room for more. A bat to know in the class and one of the winners at #AllStateEast with a 43% line drive rate.
Defensively: The backstop featured a left knee down/traditional operation when receiving as pop times ranged from 2.07-2.15. Quick, directional feet replaced accurately and released out of a H ¾ slot (78 mph arm, carry).
Pitching: RHP - The righty started off the middle of the rubber using gradual pace. Balanced stack that repeated in delivery, finds his spot, and races downhill. FB landed 80-82 mph, heavy/run and mixed a short, sweeping CB from 69-71 mph. Drove a developing 72-74 mph CH to the bottom of the zone.
