Physical: Powerful 6-foot-3, 215lb frame with tangible strength in the actions. 7.23 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - The righty began from a wide, slightly bent stance with a low posture in the box; utilized a stretched load position straight back coupled with a short, quick lift and replace stride in order to initiate the hands through a flat path into the hitting zone. Could lift with regularity allowing for backspin and deep/hard fly ball contact through the middle of the field. Stayed in the legs well with extension out in front, yielding a strong 93 mph bat-exit velocity with most success to the pull-side (LCF). Notched a 326 foot peak batted ball distance via Trackman Baseball with a standout 25+ mph hand speed during batting practice.
Defensively: The primary first baseman showed bounce around the bag at first with a medium posture and feel for lateral movements. Used inside turns on double play footwork and could work back and find the bag to finish it off. Accurate, soft glove hand that played out in front off the left side of his body and utilized a ¾ slot on throws across the diamond (76 mph).
