Physical: Compact, athletic 6-foot, 178-pound frame with feel for his body. 7.41 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Tall and upright, open setup with some rhythm in the hands; utilized a leg lift stride to initiate the hands through an upright attack into the hitting zone. Recorded a mostly pull-side round of batting practice with loft in the approach (46% fly ball rate). Peppered the RCF gap with doubles power (324 foot max batted ball distance) using a peak bat-exit velocity of 89 mph per Trackman Baseball. Flashed some of the better hand speed at the event (24.40 mph) with a short, methodical stroke on the way through.
Defensively: The primary shortstop featured a low, stalking posture with ability to arrive on time to the fielding window; accurate glove hand worked off the middle of his body and funneled into the belt line. Solid pace across utilizing an accurate, high ¾ slot on the release (82 mph arm strength).
