Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; upright bat position. Loads straight back with a toe-tap for timing. Drifts into contact while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a compact swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 83 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while sitting back. Hands are soft with a clean transfer. Short take back from a high 3/4 arm slot. 2.15-2.25 pop times. C - 74 MPH.
Physical: High-waisted, athletic 5-foot-10, 155lb frame. 7.28 runner in the 60YD.
Offensively: RHH. Spread, grounded stance with rhythmic hands and a strong trigger. Utilized a lift-and-replace stride to initiate the swing through an uphill path into the zone. Defensively: The primary catcher featured multiple setups with soft hands and a developing receive. Pop times ranged from 2.24-2.36, loaded onto the backside and grabbed 80MPH from a quick H ¾ slot. Tools are there, some rawness.
