Physical: Lean, developing 5-foot-8, 152lb build with advanced feel. 7.24 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Hinged, even stance, slightly bent into an athletic lower half. Utilized a controlled leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat, direct path into the hitting zone. Balanced finish, which produced a strong round of line-drives to both gaps. Worked up to a T85 mph exit velocity (80 mph AVG), then handled himself against quality arms during gameplay.
Defensively: The primary outfielder let the ball travel with choppy footwork, getting rid quickly on the front side with a short, accurate H ¾ slot (79 mph). Slid over to the middle infield, using a downward chest to control posture. Made the play on the run across his body.
Pitching: RHP. Begins off the middle of the rubber; fast tempo, showing some hip-coil at the top of the stack. Pitched comfortably at 74-77, T78 mph for strikes, and mixed a sweeping 69-72 mph SL. Added a developing low-70’s CH (1959) with small fade.
Physical: Lean, athletic 5-foot-8, 152lb frame with more to come. 7.20 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Repeatable stance from an even base, as the hands start pre-set over the shoulder. Utilized a controlled leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat path into the hitting zone. Showed plenty of feel in the box with ability to handle deep at-bats and spoil shadow pitches. Rarely off-time and maintained hard barrels (67% rate) towards the middle of the field. Notched a T83 mph exit velocity with developing strength.
Defensively: The primary outfielder featured quality reads with a quick first-step in either direction. Stayed behind the ball and broke off of routes using intent. Fielded off his left for a 74 mph arm-strength, which has since increased by +5 mph at our last look. Could handle at least two of the three positions.
Physical: Lean, highly athletic 5-foot-8, 145lb build with feel. 7.08 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Narrow, square stance, as the hands start loose and flat on the shoulder. Utilized a controlled leg-lift stride with early separation, allowing a directional path to initiate the swing into the hitting zone. Holds levels nicely in the lower-half with a quiet head, working short-to-long for XBH success. Posted a T84 mph exit and 60% sweet-spot rate during BP.
Defensively: The primary outfielder featured a downhill approach over the front side, fielding off his left. Rangy defender has shown ability to go get it in the gaps as well, 77 mph arm. Slid over to shortstop with quality angles and a lower posture, 79 mph best (H ¾).
Pitching: RHP. Begins off the right side of the rubber; consistent pace and an on-time hand-break. Pitched into the mid-to-upper 70’s, T77 mph with strike-throwing traits. Added a short, biting 68-69 mph CB (1919) with lateral shape.
