Physical: High-waisted 6-foot, 165lb frame with strong legs. 7.37 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Balanced, narrow setup from a taller start. Utilized a toe-tap stride that showed body control while holding the backside, initiating the swing through a flat, rotational path towards a one-handed finish. Recorded a T90 mph bat-exit velocity with some length at times, scooping around the ball for a pull side approach.
Defensively: The third baseman featured adequate feel around the bag at the hot corner. Comfortable moving to his left, towards the target, releasing into the mid-70’s with moderate effort from a H ¾ slot.
Pitching: RHP. Started from the left corner of the rubber; stretch-only and high leg lift into the stack. Got over the front side well with consistency, landing 80-82 mph FB at 2200+rpms. The CB at 70-72 mph was devastating at times, gaining two plane 11/5 shape for K’s.
Physical: 6-foot-0, 170 pounds; Lean, wiry build. 7.47 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with a toe-tap for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a flat swing path with a late one hand finish. More line drives than fly balls and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 90 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands are out in front with a seamless transfer. Long arm swing from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 79 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a long stride landing inline with the plate. Long arm swing while showing no restrictions; high 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 81 MPH, while sitting 79-80 MPH; arm side run. CB: 68-69 MPH; early action. CH: 78-79 MPH; runs.
