Physical: Strong, advanced 5-foot-11, 195lb frame. 7.71 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH. Narrow, open stance, as the hands started upright out over the plate. Utilized a diving move out towards the pitcher, initiating an efficient barrel turn through a flat path into the hitting zone. Two-handed finish on the backside, producing a T90 mph bat-exit velocity during BP. Matched pitch plane out over the plate and got extended in space, creating a 312 foot distance to pull when timed up.
Defensively: The backstop showcased a developing skillset in the crouch from a traditional setup. Pop times ranged between 2.35-2.37, average transfers, up to 71 mph on his best bullet (H ¾ slot). Able to direct the ball downward after blocking.
Physical: 5-foot-11, 195 pounds; Slender, proportional build. 7.67 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet narrow; upright bat position. Extended take back of the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a long swing path with a one-handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 90 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while staying in an elevated position. Hands are soft with a clean transfer. Short take back from a low 3/4 arm slot. 2.17-2.28 pop times. C - 70 MPH.
