Utilized a controlled leg-hang stride to initiate the swing through a violent, uphill path with advanced bat-speed into the hitting zone. Plenty of depth on the turn, allowing for a pull-side approach during BP. Worked up to a T98 mph exit velocity via Trackman and tacked on a 71% line-drive rate from an XBH skill set.
Defensively: The primary first baseman featured developing actions around the bag. Choppy, wider base that allowed the ball to travel. Fielded off the center of his body and quickly released from a shallow H ¾ slot (69 mph arm). Could pick it in the dirt.
