Physical: Large and projectable 6-foot-5, 220-pound frame showing advanced strength throughout the movements. 8.25 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Wide, slightly open stance with a bend in the knees as the hands showed slight rhythm up by the ear in the setup. Utilized a controlled lift and replace stride while holding stretch in the upper half, held his spot rotating off of the backside with solid connection to the ground in the box, rotated with authority towards contact creating above average hip shoulder separation, the hands jolted through a slightly uphill path with high level hand speed. Recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 94 mph per Trackman Baseball while notching a max batted ball distance of 330 feet during his round. Used the LCF gap mostly with backspin when contacting the ball out in front of the plate, a 46% line drive rate and 18% hard hit percentage were both impressive.
Defensively: The first baseman featured a medium center of gravity with adequate feel around the bag. Soft glove hand played out in front with short lateral movements in either direction, approached the ball on the left side of his body and showed off an accurate, high ¾ slot with a short arm circle across the diamond. INF - 72 mph
Pitching: RHP - Started from the middle-left side of the rubber with a side rocker step as the hands go over the head for rhythm, medium leg lift with deliberate hip coil around the backside, solid lower half drive directional towards the target with downhill plane out of a high ¾ slot (medium arm circle). FB ranged from 80-83 mph with heaviness into the zone based on downhill tilt coupled with 2357 max spin per Trackman Baseball. Mixed in a quality 67-69 mph breaker with 11/5 shape and late depth getting up to 1990+ spin. Countered with a 68-70 mph CH with quality deception out of the hand and good sell.
