Physical: Wiry, twitchy frame at 5-foot-11, 150lbs. 7.45 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Spread, athletic stance, as the hands worked upright to begin. Utilized a quick toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a flat path into the hitting zone. Maintained plane towards the finish, generating a consistent line-drive approach to the pull-side of the field. Recorded a personal best T90 mph exit velocity (85 mph AVG) and worked up to a 320 foot distance.
Defensively: The shortstop beat the ball to the spot with rounded footwork and a natural internal clock at his position. Soft glove-hand funneled smoothly out in front, reaching back in rhythm for an 87 mph arm-strength across the dirt (H ¾). Able to change angles on the run.
Pitching: RHP. Starts off the far left corner of the rubber. Advanced tempo in the delivery; a taller stack position before extending down the slope. Dodged barrels with arm-side run on a 79-81 mph FB (2043) and mixed a two-plane, mid-60’s CB for strikes. Added a commanded 71-73 mph CH.
Physical: Lean, projectable 5-foot-11, 155lb build; athletic. 7.28 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, even stance, as the hands operated lower and pre-set at the shoulder. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a flat path into the hitting zone towards a two-handed finish. Recorded a T86 mph exit velocity with adjustable actions to multiple tiers, able to slot the barrel accurately in a top of the order approach. Much more coming, strength continues.
Defensively: The primary shortstop displayed an advanced first step with intent to round the ball for quality angles to the target. Fielded off his left and set the hips before driving the throw from H ¾ slot up to 88 mph across the dirt. Arm-talent transfers.
Physical: Lean, ultra-athletic two-way. 7.52 runner at 5-foot-10, 145lbs build.
Offensively: RHH - Balance, upright stance, as the hands showed plenty of rhythm to start. Utilized a deep leg kick stride to initiate the swing through a slightly uphill, rotational path towards a two-handed finish. Recorded a middle of the field approach during his round, spraying flush contact at the front of the plate. Some gap to gap feel and posted a T86 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak. Doubles power at the moment, top of the order type with B2B skills.
Defensively: The middle infielder glided at his position, comfortably arriving on time and flashing a multitude of routes to the ball. Fielded cleanly out in front and released up to 83 mph across the diamond (carry, loose H ¾ slot).
Pitching: RHP - Simple delivery, finding a high leg lift stack and using it to get down the slope. Athleticism transfers, landing the FB for strikes into the upper-70’s (T77 mph). Mixed short 66-68 mph CB on 11/5 plane and added fading CH at 67-69 mph, which has a chance.
Physical: Athletic, twitchy 5-foot-9, 135lb frame (lean build). 7.44 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Upright, narrow stance slightly bent into the backside as the hands operated in rhythm. Utilized a toe tap stride to initiate a flat barrel path into the hitting zone. Produced lots of flush contact through the middle of the field towards a high one-handed finish. Efficient mover that stayed short and compact on pitches thrown middle-in while being adjustable to different quadrants. Recorded a T83 mph bat-exit velocity with singles power at the moment en route to a 38% line drive rate (via Trackman).
Defensively: The shortstop bounced around with quick pace and lower posture, gaining on the ball with stalking actions and choppy feet while changing direction. Attacked towards a wide base, bending at the waist and cleanly funneling to the chestline. Released from a loose H ¾ slot up to 76 mph.
Pitching: RHP - Set up off the middle of the rubber from the stretch-only. Utilized a higher leg-kick with some hip-coil at the top, allowing for good direction and late explosive actions down the slope. Landed the FB at 74-75 mph with heavy movement into the zone. Mixed a short 65-67 mph CB (11/5 shape) with early action and added a quality 67-69 mph CH as his best pitch, operating with deception out of the hand.
