7/20/14 Choy worked four innings in game action allowing one run while striking out five. The 6-foot-2, 225-pound uncommitted senior sat 81-84 from a 3/4 arm slot with some arm side run to a heavy fastball. Choy held his velocity for four innings and it was evident that there is more yet in the tank. The righty also displayed command of a 72 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation. Choy pounded the strike zone and showed repeatable mechanics with a solid understanding of how to pitch.
