7/20/14 Perry is a 6-foot-2, 220-pound prospect that also has the ability to catch. Coming off a slight knee injury Perry played just first base and showed a soft glove hand, good feet around the bag and an 83 mph arm across the diamond. The uncommitted senior showcased an 88 mph bat exit velocity from a slightly crouched, square stance and very quick hands. Perry 2-for-8 in game action while showing the ability to routinely barrel the baseball.
