Physical: Long, hard-to-miss frame at 6-foot-4, 185lbs. 7.17 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Loose, athletic stance, just outside shoulder-width with rhythmic hands. Utilized a stretched lift-and-replace stride to initiate the swing through a flat, compact path into the hitting zone. XBH approach that produced hard contact towards the middle of the field. Worked up to a T90 mph exit velocity and 343 foot distance via Trackman.
Defensively: The primary shortstop ranged in either direction with adequate tempo off his toes. Bent posture, as the eyes played forward, creating momentum across the dirt (84 mph arm).
Physical: Lean, lanky 6-foot-3, 160lb frame with projection found. 7.25 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Crouched, narrow stance as the hands waved in rhythm by the head. Utilized a stretched lift and replace stride, finding the ground quickly while initiating through an uphill, lifted path into the hitting zone. Hit into a stiff front side with some leverage available, en route to a 46% flyball rate during his round (via Trackman). Created occasional doubles power to the pull-side gap, using some weight shift at impact while working up to a T80 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak.
Defensively: The shortstop moved laterally early in the route with early glove hand presentation after right-left footwork to the baseball. Fielded smoothly out in front and funneled inward, releasing at a L ¾ slot after a glove-tap in at the chest. Accurate throws and followed with the feet after the finish (75 mph arm).
