Physical: 6-foot-3, 170-pounds. Long, projectable frame.
Pitching: Works with steady pace, small side step and leg lift to the belt with a turn, gets into back side while reaching across and out with glove arm on stride out to a slightly closed landing, pulls through repeatable release and balanced follow through. Long, loose arm swing to a 3/4 release. FB: T76, 74-76 MPH. Downhill plane with some arm side run. CB: 67-68 MPH. 1-7 shape flashing some depth. CH: 69-71 MPH. Good sell with fade.
6-foot-3, 160-pound junior sat 76-78 from a 3/4 arm slot. Tall, lanky lefty has a long arm, cross fire delivery that creates angles on his fastball. Curveball showed 1/7 rotation at 67-70 with similar cross fire action as his fastball. Also commanded a changeup at near fastball arm speed which sat 69-70.
6-foot-2, 150-pound two-way primary pitcher sat 73-74 out of a deliberate, easy delivery from a 3/4 arm slot. Also showcased a two-seamer at 71-73 with some arm-side run and sink. Curveball showed rolling 1/7 break at 64-65 and changeup with cut action sat 67-69. Right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and showcased a flat barrel path through the zone. Registered a 76 mph bat exit velocity and ran a 7.31 60-yard dash. Displayed capable glove work around the bag at first base with accurate 70 mph arm strength across the diamond.
