Physical: Filled out, powerful 6-foot-2, 205lb frame with thickness in the lower half. Sneaky athleticism running a 7.15 second 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, crouched, slightly-open stance with an upright barrel to start. Utilized a knee-knock stride to initiate the hands through a slightly vertical, flat path into the hitting zone. Packed a punch on the low pitch, working towards a high finish on the backside. Good balance throughout and stayed inside the legs allowing for loft in the approach through the middle of the field, gap to gap. Posted a 91 mph bat-exit velocity and 56% fly ball rate via Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary third baseman demonstrated really good pace during defensive evaluations, approaching the ball with up-tempo pace and using in/out transitions to get the ball on its way across the diamond. Rangy defender with a medium-low posture at all times when breaking down/setting up. Accurate and quick ¾ slot reaching up to 76 mph with slight arm-side run on the carry.
