Physical: 6-0, 162 pounds; Athletic, slight build. 7.08 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet shoulder width apart; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a flat swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 89 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; uses prep step while showing choppy feet. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle from a high/over the top arm slot. OF - 83 MPH. Strong throws with plenty of carry.
Physical: Athletic, projectable 6-foot, 155lb frame. 6.85 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Slightly open, upright stance, as the hands operated up/down to begin. Utilized a short, repeatable lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a flat path into the hitting zone. Contact traits while matching plane and adjusting down in the legs when fooled on offspeed. Able to find the sweet spot with consistency and produced a T89 mph bat-exit velocity and 327 foot distance at his peak.
Defensively: The outfielder worked around the ball with corner appeal, chopping the feet and maintaining rhythm out towards the target. Recorded a 78 mph throwing arm from a H ¾ slot, accurate out of the hand.
Pitching: RHP. Simple delivery that stayed balanced in each phase; held the line well and released to the arm-side of the plate up to 81 mph on the FB. Mixed a developing low-70’s CB and 74-76 mph straight CH for K’s.
