Physical: Stocky, physical 5-foot-11, 175-pound frame. 7.90 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH. Slightly bent, balanced stance with hands moving slightly in rhythm along the shoulder line, barrel moves upwards upon load coupled with a short life-and-replace stride for the timing mechanism. Generates violent swings in the box showcasing a strong top hand yielding line drives to the pull-side primarily while utilizing a mostly flat barrel path through contact. Pulls out of the zone slightly early creating top spin to the right side on occasion. Hits into a stiff front side with strength in the lower half allowing for an 84 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman.
Defensively: Sneaky athleticism at the hot corner combined with a low center of gravity allows for easy, confident routes to the baseball. Adequate footwork beats the ball to the spot creating downhill momentum through a strong lower half in the fielding window. Was able to get rid of the ball when need be, showing off quick and flawless transfers while playing near a 4.0 second pace during defensive evaluations. Made the play on the run with relative ease with ability to throw from multiple arm angles. 3B - 75 MPH.
Pitching: RHP - Slow tempoed, compact delivery out of an OTT arm slot with repeatability in the actions. Pounded the zone with a 73-76 T77 FB while mixing in a 66-67 mph CH using the same fastball arm-speed. Created deception on a late breaking 62-64 mph SL which showed more like a curveball displaying 11/5 shape.
