Physical: Longer, athletic 6-foot, 160lb build; room to add strength. 8.22 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Wider, balanced stance with an easy trigger at the shoulder. Utilized a short lift-and-replace stride to initiate the swing through a directional path into the hitting zone towards a two-handed finish. Recorded a T84 mph exit velo via Trackman and got extended with leverage out over the plate for distance (272 feet). Backspin to the LCF gap, 56% FB rate.
Defensively: The third baseman featured a developing skill set at the hot corner, arriving on time with slight bend in the back and a taller posture. Fielded cleanly out in front and showcased a medium-effort 70 mph arm across the dirt.
Pitching: RHP. Begins off the middle of the mound; deep drop-step and maintains balance on the forward move. FB ranged 74-75 mph out of a H ¾ slot, holding the zone at a 60% clip. Added two-plane CB at 60-63 mph with feel for 11/5 shape and commanded mid-60’s CH (small run).
