A very shallow load away from the body leads to an arm bar and some length to his swing, but Pinone displayed a feel for the barrel and a bat exit velocity of 83 mph. Pinone shows signs with his solid frame that some power potential is likely as he continues to develop physically. The sophomore ran a 7.15 60-yard dash and displayed solid glove actions around the bag at first base with an accurate arm across the diamond.
