Physical: Long and lean 5-foot-11, 145-pound frame with room to fill out as he matures; 7.43 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Wide, even stance with the hands starting over the shoulder; utilized a short lift and replace stride initiating a flat bat path into the hitting zone with a high finish after impact. Feel for the top hand through a short approach, recorded a 44% line drive rate while mostly handsy at the plate. Stayed upright in the posture hitting into a stiff front side, notched an 81 mph peak bat-exit velocity with room for more. Impressive 86% on-plane efficiency points towards high end bat to ball skills at the dish.
Defensively: The primary outfielder demonstrated comfortability in the approach with obvious downhill chest angles early in the route, played with up tempo pace allowing for some momentum into 76 mph throws towards the plate.
Pitching: RHP - The righty started from the left side of the rubber with a drop and drive approach out of the stack, stayed in line well landing at a medium posture at foot strike. FB ranged from 73-75 mph from a high 6.19 foot release height. Mixed a developing 68 mph SL with short depth across the plate (4 inches) while countering with a low spin 70-71 mph CH with good extension on the front side creating some deception.
Demonstrated a projectable 5-foot-10, 140-pound frame with athleticism in his actions. The left-handed hitter begins with a balanced, even stance utilizing a lift-and-replace stride to initiate his swing. Generated a flat barrel path into the hitting zone allowing for a line-drive approach during batting practice. Showcased a strong top-hand while hitting into a stiff front side yielding an 80 mph bat-exit velocity. Ran a 7.22 60-yard dash. The primary outfielder displayed adequate footwork arriving to the ball on time yielding an accurate 72 mph arm-strength from his position out of a high ¾ arm-slot. The right-handed pitcher sat 73-75 mph out of a high ¾ arm-slot utilizing a compact, up-tempo windup. Mixed in a 64-67 mph curveball with 11/5 shape and a 70-73 mph changeup thrown with natural cut.
