Physical: Lean, projectable 5-foot-9, 155lb frame. 7.36 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: Taller, balanced stance, as the backside elbow started high above the shoulder. Utilized a controlled leg lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat path towards a deep one-handed finish. Recorded a T89 mph bat-exit velocity and lived short to long through the middle of the field for line drive contact. Worked up to a 287 foot distance, sometimes driving the ball when getting the bat head extended. Good bat to ball skills and some feel available.
Defensively: The outfielder stayed behind the ball with comfortable reads and then attacked downhill, fielding over his toes from the left side. Squared the shoulders up and released up to 77 mph to the target, H ¾ slot.
Physical: Lean, athletic 5-foot-8, 135lb frame and more strength coming. 7.29 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Wider, balanced stance as the hands started flush on the shoulder to begin. Utilized a leg lift stride to initiate the bat head through a flat, direct path into the hitting zone. Got rotational at times, showing comfort using the left/pull-side of the field during his round. Notched a 33% line drive rate (via Trackman) with good bat to ball skills, spraying hard contact at the front of the plate while working up to a T85 mph bat-exit velocity. Displayed some efficiency available in the swing in a prototypical top of the order profile (quick swing).
Defensively: The outfielder got early reads off the bat, staying behind the ball while getting into position with right-left footwork. Fielded calmly off the middle of his body, bending at the waist, and released accurately from a H ¾ slot up to a 73 mph arm strength (corner OF projection/LF).
Pitching: RHP - The righty started off the middle of the rubber with gradual pace in the delivery. Balanced stack position using some drop/drive in the delivery, working towards an OTT slot out in front. The FB landed at 75-77 mph (1694rpms average) with consistent arm-side run on its approach to the plate. Mixed a 68-70 mph CH with killed spin (1150rpms) and faded up to around 7 and a half inches of HM.
