Physical: Athletic, strong 6-foot, 180lb frame with good proportions and feel for his body. 7.06 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, slightly bent stance using a short lift and replace stride to initiate the bat head through a well controlled, slightly uphill path into the hitting zone. A short barrel tip gave him rhythm in the approach, driving the baseball on a line from gap to gap at a peak of T90 mph bat-exit velocity via Trackman Baseball. Posted an impressive 57% line drive rate with ability to carry the ball for extra-bases when pitched out over the plate. True top of the order candidate with fast hands and ready bat to ball skills (81% on-plane efficiency per Blast Motion).
Defensively: The lengthy defender featured natural, easy actions patrolling the outfield while keeping the glove hand loose/low on the ground on the approach. Above-average reads off the bat and made choices early in ball flight, allowing him to get to advantage positions when fielding. Soft glove hand and clean arm action at 87 mph to the target (carry, accurate).
Pitching: RHP - Started off the middle/left side of the rubber with consistent tempo to the delivery; got balanced in the stack and over the front side at footstrike allowing for some down tilt on the FB at 82-84 mph (1539 AVG spin, 38% zone rate). Mixed a gradual 62-65 mph CB with good depth (2035rpms, -13 inches AVG IVB via Trackman) and later added a well commanded 77-79 mph CH for strikes at a 50% clip.
Physical: Large, durable 5-foot-11, 180-pound frame with athleticism present. 7.72 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, wide setup as the hands started high with rhythm at the head. Utilized a toe tap stride with slight offset shoulders at foostrike, using efficient turns to initiate the barrel through a slight uphill attack into the hitting zone. Mostly middle of the field to pull side approach yielding an 88 mph peak bat-exit velocity and 70% fly ball rate. Got up to a 306 foot peak batted ball distance per Trackman Baseball hinting at developing doubles power at the moment, 20.8 G’s of rotational acceleration gives a look at an interesting power ceiling down the road.
Defensively: The outfielder showed short, quick feet in the approach fielding off of the left foot and letting it rip from a violent, high-¾ slot. Hip-shoulder separation was evident with advanced carry through the target; recorded an 88 mph arm strength to the plate.
Pitching: RHP - Average pace in the delivery with control at the top of the stack, clean arm action with intent on the way through a high ¾ slot. FB ranged from 82-84 mph with a low spin profile, but increased 20.2 inches of IVB. Mixed a tight downer, 66 mph breaker with up to -18.4 inches of depth to it. Countered with command of a 74-75 mph CH seeing a 100% zone rate on the bump.
Physical: High waisted, lean and athletic 5-foot-11, 165-pound frame with obvious projectability. 7.14 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Crouched, even setup with the hands starting out in front at the ear. Utilized a leg lift stride with a barrel tilt in the load creating a flat barrel path through the hitting zone. Showcased a pull-side approach during batting practice and found the barrel plenty at the front of the plate. Displayed feel for the hands while hitting into a stiff front side and registered an 89 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The outfielder beat the ball to the spot repeatedly with downhill momentum through the fielding window. Fielded the ball off to the side of his body allowing for smooth transfers and accurate throws out of an over the top arm-slot. OF - 81 mph
Pitching: RHP - Utilizes an over the top arm-slot with choppy pace in the delivery allowing for a 75-78 mph FB to play down in the zone. Mixed in a 59-60 mph CB showing 11/5 shape and countered with a 69-72 mph straight change at near fastball arm-speed.
Demonstrated feel for a long and lean 5-foot-11, 165-pound frame with athleticism in his actions and room to add strength as he matures. The primary right-handed pitcher worked from the stretch only, sitting 80-81 mph out of a repeatable, fluid high ¾ arm-slot. Mixed in a 63-66 mph curveball with noticeable 11/5 bite down in the zone. Countered with average feel for a 73-76 mph changeup with flat action. Commanded two quality pitches with ability to improve the changeup which has a chance to be the third. The right-handed hitter begins with a balanced, even stance utilizing a leg-kick to initiate his swing. Generated a slightly uphill barrel path through the baseball yielding occasional pull-side lift and showed fluidity in the lower half throughout the swing. Recorded an 83 mph bat-exit velocity and ran a 7.31 60-yard dash. The outfielder showcased fluid movements during defensive evaluations with active feet playing through the ball yielding accurate 78 mph arm-strength from his position out of a high ¾ arm-slot.
5-foot-10, 150-pound primary right-handed pitcher sat 77-78 mph with small arm-side run while utilizing a balanced, high 3/4 delivery. Displayed feel for a tight, two-plane 60-63 mph curveball that featured 11/5 rotation. Commanded a 69-71 mph changeup with adequate sell. The right-handed hitter starts with a square stance and utilizes a toe-tap stride to initiate his swing. Demonstrated athleticism in the box while consistently finding barrels during batting practice. Registered a 77 mph bat-exit velocity and recorded a 4.20 home-to-first time. Showcased smooth, loose actions in the outfield to help accurate throws of 82 mph carry from his position.
