Offensively: He starts in a shoulder width stance with his hands high above his head. As he loads down into his legs his hands sink and begin to fire through the hitting zone. His barrell works down through the ball as he makes contact out in front of his body.
Defensively: He approaches the ball with active feet before using two hands to funnel the ball into the center of his body. He uses a squatted stance to receive the ball. He keeps rhythm in his feet while using glove taps.
