Physical: Strong and compact 5-foot-8, 160-pound frame. 7.26 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Started with a deep crouch in the stance as the hands shift over the plate in a loose, straight up and down fashion. Utilized a lift and replace stride to initiate a flat barrel path into the hitting zone from a low center of gravity. Got uphill through the baseball when pitched above the belt creating loft to the pull-side. Generally worked the middle of the field with hard, line drive contact. Stayed in the legs really well allowing the barrel to whip through contact. Recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 87 mph per Trackman Baseball / 288 foot max batted ball distance.
Defensively: The primary backstop featured adequate receiving abilities with a moderately soft glove hand at the catch point. Pop times ranged from 2.39-2.47 with short directional footwork towards the bag, average catch and throw skills form a short, high ¾ slot. Developing blocking skills while creating downward chest angles with regularity. C - 67 mph … The third baseman showed off a medium low center of gravity with average range in either direction, a soft glove hand played out in front fielding off of the middle of his body. Demonstrated a pace north of 4.30 seconds across the diamond with an accurate throwing arm. INF - 72 mph
