Physical: Uber-projectable 6-foot-6, 220lb frame with length available. 7.46 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Upright, slightly open stance as the hands operated in minor rhythm bouncing off the shoulder. Utilized a loud leg-kick and hand pump to initiate the bat head through a slightly vertical, lifted path into the hitting zone. Liked to turn and burn on the middle in pitch, getting the arms extended and rotating with intent. Produced an impressive 80% line drive rate (via Trackman) with bat to ball skills present, and worked up to a T93 mph bat-exit velocity for doubles power to the LCF gap (336 foot max distance). Consistent barrel-finder in the box that got it done with good adjustability.
Defensively: The first baseman showed a powerful, rangy first step to his right, creating good angles down through the ball at the window. Set up slightly narrow with a soft glove hand corralling and funneled to the belt-line. Got rid from a shorter, quick H ¾ slot (78 mph arm).
Pitching: RHP - Started off the middle of the rubber with good separation and stride length down the slope. Repeated well with an on-time H ¾ slot at release and pounded at 81-82 mph with some downhill play (1985rpms, 14 inches HM). Mixed a short 70-72 mph CB (11/5 shape, developing action) and paired a confident 67-69 mph CH with swing/miss on occasion (arm-speed).
