Offensively: Starts square to the plate with feet slightly wider than shoulder width. Has some wiggle in the barrel prior to the load. Hands stay high during the load and work straight back. Uses a leg hang as weight transfers to the rear leg. Downhill bat path with the goal of meeting the pitch out front. High finish.
Defensively: Primary OF. Sets up with a balanced base and some bend in the knees. Shuffles side to side. Fields the ball out front and exchanges at chest level. Long arm swing that works down at glove break. Releases from a high 3/4 arm slot. Throws with intent.
5-foot-9, 160-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing from a deep load position with a toe-tap stride. Displayed a flat barrel path with some length to his swing. Registered a bat exit velocity of 76 mph and ran a 7.37 60-yard dash. Showcased capable defensive actions with accurate 75 mph arm strength from the outfield.
