Physical: Athletic, projectable 6-foot-2, 176lb frame. 7.80 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, wider stance, as the hands operated at a higher start by the head. Utilized a stretched lift and replace stride to create separation through a quick slight uphill path into the hitting zone. Stayed behind the front side, working with a useful pivot point that finds extension often. Produced an 88 mph exit velocity via Trackman, alternating flush contact from gap to gap with an adjustable lower half.Â
Defensively: The middle infielder featured above-average footwork for size, maneuvering with range around the left side of the diamond. Range available and soft hands that slow the game down on the run. Accurate thrower from many angles up to 75 mph positionally.
Pitching: RHP. Quicker pace towards a balanced stack and on time hand-break. Hid the ball and released from a shorter, fluid H ¾ slot up to 78 mph on this date, adding a shorter 62-64 mph SL and fading 70-72 mph CH.
Physical: Highly projectable, lengthy 6-foot-2, 172lb frame. 8.04 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Wider, slightly bent stance with rhythm present. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to deliver an accurate barrel through a flat path towards a high two-handed finish. Created some lift and leverage on the ball occasionally, producing deep pull-side contact up to an 85 mph bat-exit velocity. Also added a near 300 foot batted ball distance (296), swing plays short to long efficiently.Â
Defensively: The infielder displayed active footwork, ranging from right to left and letting longer legs cover ground. A soft glove hand played inside the frame, fielding cleanly and exchanging to the ear. H ¾, accurate slot and developing 71 mph arm-strength across the diamond.Â
