Pitching: Sets up on the third base side of the rubber, side steps into a methodical windup. Quick arm out of a high 3/4 arm slot. FB: T 86MPH, 84-86 MPH. Holds its plane well. CB: 75-76 MPH. Short, late breaking action. CH: 75-78 MPH. fading action late.
Showcased feel for a lean and physical 6-foot, 160-pound frame with long movements in his actions. The right-handed hitter begins with a tall, slightly open stance utilizing a leg-lift to initiate his swing. Generated a flat barrel path into the hitting zone yielding a gap to gap line-drive approach during batting practice. Showed feel for the barrel allowing for a 75 mph bat-exit velocity and ran a 7.14 60-yard dash. The outfielder featured adequate footwork with long, loose actions creating momentum towards the target and accurate 80 mph arm-strength out of a high ¾ arm-slot. The right-handed pitcher sat 79-82 out of a loose and fluid, high ¾ arm-slot with natural arm-side run. Mixed in a 68-70 mph curveball that showed slight slider movement across the zone.
