Physical: 5-foot-10, 190LBS. 7.88SEC 60-Yard Dash.
Offensively: RHH. Sets up with weight slightly on the backside and the left heel off the ground. Hands start high and work down and back during the load. Quick up and down stride as the timing mechanism. Barrel is flat through the hitting zone.
Defensively: Works low to the ground as the ground ball is approaching. Fields ball off the left side of body and exchanges at chest height. Loads up on the right leg as he prepares to throw to home plate.
Pitching: Sets up with both heels on the rubber. The delivery is initiated by a rocker step and works into a leg lift. The leg lift works up to slightly below to chest line and the hands work in coorelation with the lift. The arm goes down and back on glove break. Limited restrictions in the arm circle. Slight interruption of the circle as the arm begins to work forward. Maintains a tight glove side post release.
5-foot-8, 170-pound right-handed hitter starts with a square stance and uses a lift-and-replace stride to initiate his swing. Showcased a balanced swing with present pop finding consistent barrels during batting practice while registering a 74 mph bat-exit velocity. Recorded a 4.53 home-to-first time. Demonstrated adequate receiving skills while displaying the ability to create soft walls while blocking to both sides of the plate. Notched 70 mph arm-strength from the crouch during defensive evaluations.
