Physical: 5-10, 190 pounds; Athletic, sturdy build. 6.66 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Closed setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing a strong lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 96 MPH via Trackman. Handles many different pitch locations with the ability to match plane.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; static during pre-pitch while showing choppy feet. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 80 MPH.
Physical: Efficient, muscular frame at 5-foot-10, 190-pounds. 6.71 runner in the 60YD.
Offensively: RHH. Wider, even stance, as the hands operate from a pre-set, higher start. Utilized a controlled leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat path with tilt on the backside. Recorded a T92MPH EV with barrel-whip off the front foot; mostly middle of the field approach, on the sweet spot often (67%). More to come.
Defensively: The primary outfielder showed easy reads and tracking skills. Rounded the ball using calculated footwork with an accurate 80MPH throwing arm (short H ¾ slot). Advanced feel for the body in space.
Physical: Muscular, twitchy 5-foot-10, 190lb frame. 6.94 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Wide, grounded stance, as the hands begin with slight rhythm. Utilized a short lift-and-replace stride to initiate the swing through a flat, whippy path into the hitting zone. Plenty of burst towards the pull-side of the field and stayed connected to the ground with sink in the lower-half. Recorded a T90 mph exit velocity via Trackman, up to a 273 foot distance during a line-drive approach.
Defensively: The primary outfielder featured clean reads off the bat. Played from behind the ball using loose, choppy footwork and fielded off his left. Reached back for a 74 mph arm-strength from his position (H ¾). Corner OF projection.
Physical: 5-foot-10, 185 pounds; Wiry, full build. 7.0 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Drops hands on the way back with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than fly balls and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 89 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while being aggressive. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Long arm swing from a high/over the top arm slot. OF - 77 MPH.
Physical: Compact, uber-athletic 5-foot-8, 160lb frame with some twitch. 6.81 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Strong, slightly open start with the hands operating loosely over the shoulder. Utilized a short lift and replace stride on time with a barrel tip to initiate through a flat path into the hitting zone. Able to stay short and direct staying inside the ball towards a mostly middle of the field approach during batting practice. Unique, high finish and hit into a stiff front side producing whippy barrel actions at the front of the plate and a T91 mph bat-exit velocity via Trackman. Added a 300+ foot batted ball distance on his best swing pointing towards doubles power available in the near future.
Defensively: The primary outfielder demonstrated above-average pace in the feet while getting down through the baseball at a low position when fielding. Showed clean glove actions and corralled smoothly off the middle/left side allowing for an accurate H ¾ slot with a short arm circle at release (T77 mph arm, LF/CF projection).
Physically: 5’9 160lb OF/2B ran a 7.00 laser timed 60 yard dash. Smaller frame has some quick movements with raw athleticism.
Offensively: Starts in a very traditional stance, with high hands just above his ear. He makes simple movements on his attack to the baseball. Swing works smooth hitting off of a stiff front leg.
Defensively: Allows the ball to travel to him before using a short crow hop to gain momentum on his throws. Has a short arm action and somewhat falls off to his gloveside after the throw.
