Physical: High-waisted, taller 6-foot-1, 180lb frame with starter’s projection.
Pitching: RHP - Begins from the stretch-only off the far right side of the rubber. Utilizes quick pace in the leg lift and explodes down the mound from a compact, drop/drive delivery. Repeated well with an active glove-side, let the FB ride up in the zone at 82-84, T85 mph and mixed quality 68-71 mph breaker with two-plane shape across the plate. Added deception on the finish gave 71-72 mph CH addiitonal depth.
Physical: 6-foot-1, 180 pounds; Long, muscular build.
Pitching: Uses an arm side setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a long stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while stabbing downward; high 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 83 MPH, while sitting 82-83 MPH; straight action. CB: 68-71 MPH; late action.
Physical: Strong, athletic 6-foot-1, 180lb frame with two-way appeal. 7.21 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Taller, controlled stance as the hands showed quiet rhythm at the start. Utilized a lift and replace stride to even, finding the ground before launching through a slightly uphill path with lots of extension at impact. Notched a T88 mph bat-exit velocity paired up with a clean 63% line drive rate during his round (via Trackman) with natural bat to ball skills in the box. Hit behind the ball with early connection, sequencing properly into the front-side and drove the ball hard where it was pitched. Gap to gap type approach with an accurate barrel and produced a 333 foot batted ball distance at his peak for extra-base hits.
Defensively: The first baseman demonstrated some pace and arrived right-left while presenting the glove from a wider base. Fielded in the pocket and funneled in rhythm, releasing from a H ¾ slot after getting the hips/shoulders in-line to the target (75 mph arm, accurate).
Pitching: RHP - The righty began off the middle of the rubber, able to repeat a slightly above-average delivery with tempo out over the front-side. Pounded the zone from H ¾ at 78-82 mph, running the FB to arm-side up to 17 inches of HM (via Trackman). Turned to a well-spun T2084rpms SL that broke on a lateral plane, mixing a small fading 62-64 mph CH in any count (100% zoner rate, confident offering).
